Where we ship We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Additional destinations may be added later.

The exact cost is always shown before you complete your order.
Delivery time We ship within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) with Swiss Post. Your order arrives within 3–5 working days, often sooner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays count from the next working day.
Tracking Where tracking is available, you receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Undeliverable parcels If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Any additional shipping cost for re-delivery may be charged.
